About the Role:

As an In-Process Inspector, you'll be a vital quality gatekeeper throughout our production process. You'll inspect machined, fabricated, and assembled components at key stages to ensure they meet engineering specifications and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Conduct inspections during machining, assembly, and fabrication phases to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

  
  
• 
  

  Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs to verify dimensional accuracy

  
  
• 
  

  Interpret engineering blueprints, GD&T callouts, and technical documentation

  
  
• 
  

  Document inspection results clearly and accurately, including generating NCRs when applicable

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies

  
  
• 
  

  Support AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality compliance, audits, and process documentation

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain organized records of inspection data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  
  

What You Bring:

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in an in-process inspection role within a regulated industry.

  
  
• 
  

  Proven skill using precision measurement tools and interpreting engineering drawings

  
  
• 
  

  Solid understanding of GD&T and quality management systems (AS9100/ISO 9001)

  
  
• 
  

  Experience operating or interpreting CMM output preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills

  
  
• 
  

  Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP system.
