For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • Onsite in Biddeford, ME


The Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine team is acutely focused on providing patients with sound plans of care based on our providers' expertise and an environment to thrive as a healthcare professional. Recent Press Ganey staff engagement results show the Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine clinic to be in the 98th percentile for team-based engagement and 84thpercentile for leadership-based engagement. The clinic measured higher in all categories of engagement when compared to MaineHealth as an organization along with national engagement ratings through Press Ganey.


Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
