The
Site Supervisorfor the
Department of Medicinesupervises and coordinates all aspects of the practice at MAP2. This includes supervising clerical and clinical staff at the practice. They will provide training to secretaries and front desk staff and resolve patient-related problems. The Site Supervisor applies organizational policies and assures adherence to the departmental procedures. They are responsible for conducting performance evaluations, disciplining staff, and partakes in the hiring and firing process. The Site Supervisor is the central person to manage all DOM Faculty physician schedule changes and template edits for Dept. of Medicine Faculty Practice. They will maintain the clinic scheduling templates, makes recommendations to optimize schedule and ensure compliance with patient access. In addition, this position will be utilized to cover MAP2 practice in the event of an absence of Practice Manager.Will also provide coverage to other site locations due to operational needs (Derm Center, 1180, Scarsdale) The shift for this position is 8:30am-5pm M-F. This position may require coverage at other locations. Requirements Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred 1 year experience in an administrative role.
