Inova Health at 2700 Prosperity Ave is looking for a dedicated Manager of Program Administration to join the Community Health team. Full-time Day Shift: Monday-Friday, working regular office hours.

Manager of Program Administration Job Responsibilities:



  • Disseminates Inova Health System, department, and program information/initiatives for continual improvement and staff satisfaction. Develops a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provides clear communication to staff through written notices/instructions, staff meetings, email, and other appropriate media.
  • Works in the communities that Inova Health System has a presence to actively build and maintain relationships with various programs.
  • Sets an example for staff in communicating with customers in a diplomatic and professional manner while interacting with other members of the healthcare team in accordance with Service Excellence standards.
  • Oversees the collection and maintenance of records pertaining to the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization.
  • Demonstrates partnerships and involvement with key community members and/or target populations in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
  • Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks.



Minimum Requirements:



  • Education: Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree or eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: Three years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • NOVA Community Health experience
  • Data tracking/analysis experience showing proven results
