Join a supportive and driven team where your contributions make a real impact and be part of a growing company with exciting opportunities ahead. 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday \| $17 - $35 per hour (Based on experience) Essential Tasks: This role involves programming and operating CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other equipment to produce precision metal parts. Responsibilities include setting up machines per job specs, interpreting blueprints, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues during machining. The position also requires using precision measuring tools for inspections, deburring parts, handling materials with forklifts or hoists, and ensuring all finished products meet quality standards. A clean, safe, and organized work area must be maintained at all times, with flexibility to take on additional duties as needed. Qualifications: At least 1 year of CNC programing and machining experience is required. Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong knowledge of product quality and inspection techniques. Ability to read and troubleshoot using blueprints. Basic computer skills, including the ability to scan and correct errors. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and bend, twist, and squat repetitively throughout the workday. Manual machining experience is a plus.
