The Forks, the Flow, the Fixes-You've Got It Handled Staffmark, in partnership with our client who is an online retailer specializing in health and wellness products, is now hiring for a Warehouse Lead role! What You'll Own: Warehouse operations from dock to delivery Leading your team through tight turnarounds Staying ahead of inventory and safety checks Keeping it calm when things get chaotic Job Details: Pay: $20.50 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Saturday 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM Responsibilities: Lead pre-loadout planning, including reviewing and resolving Transfer Order (TO) issues. Ensure inventory is staged and cleared for the next day's loadout. Monitor warehouse workspace and ensure systematic and physical loading of orders. Lead post-loadout actions, including managing inventory, processing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Coordinate with the Installation team, addressing issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Maintain the dock loading area and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Two years of previous Lead or Supervisory experience High School Diploma/GED required Proficient in D365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Forklift and warehouse equipment experience Ability to lift up to 70lbs Get Started by Clicking That "Apply Now" button and Join a Team That Works for You!
