Director Catering & Commissary
Overview Responsible for leading the catering/commissary department and planning all aspects for aircraft catering and commissary. Plan, implement and manage budget for Catering Department. Manage all internal reports (FCR, Pursers and PSR) for trends Responsibilities
On call 24 hours/7 days a week to respond to crisis situations in order to provide guidance on delays, flight cancellations and other irregularities.
Qualifications Qualifications:
