Receives, cleans, decontaminates and sterilizes reusable patient care equipment, instrumentation and supplies. The position has responsibility for maintaining adequate inventory levels for all surgical/house instrumentation/trays and supplies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.Graduate of a vocational or college Central Sterile processing program. Responsible for printing, verifying and assembling the Perioperative Surgical schedule daily.
