JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of an SBA Closer II is to prepare and review loan documentation for SBA 7(a) and 504 loan transactions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP 50 10), SBA Terms and Conditions, and the intent of the Bank's internal loan approval. The SBA Closer facilitates loan closings with clients and ensures lien perfection. This role handles documentation ranging from routine to more complex cases, as assigned by the SBA Closing Manager. The SBA Closer collaborates with vendors, legal counsel, SBA lenders, and clients to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation. Additionally, the SBA Closer performs a variety of processing and closing functions, ensuring all due diligence requirements for each loan are met. The ideal candidate consistently earns the trust and confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
