Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and Program Manager. A successful Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will demonstrate the ability to lead delivery of ServiceNow integrations, inclusive of requirements development and analysis, integration, and deployment. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to think critically to ensure successful project exectuion while also contributing to business growth. For the program management responsiblities, the individual will be accountable for overall execution of cost, schedule and performance with a ServiceNow integration.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Deliver the full implementation life cycle from requirement identification through solution archtitecting, integration, and deployment to support the delivery/integration of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
  • Serve as the conduit between the developers and architects.
  • Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
  • Develop a good understanding of the customer's ServiceNow business needs.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and ensure the implementation of those requirements in ServiceNow
  • Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deliver in-progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders
  • Manage program financials, schedule, risks, and resources to ensure successful ServiceNow integrations
  • Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.


Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment
  • Must have demonstrated experience with HRSD ServiceNow module, Flow Designer, App engine and PM ServiceNow module.
  • Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.
  • This position requires 10 (10) or more years' work experience at least 5 must be in developing/implementing ServiceNow.
  • 5+ years acting in a program management capacity
  • Active Secret Clearance, only US citizens can obtain a clearance
  • Some travel may be required within CONUS only
  • Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience implement ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Certified Technical Architect
