The Quality Control Manager responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enforcing the Quality Control program. Essential Functions Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) compliance issues. Supervise officers to inspect uniforms, training credentials, and time-sheet reporting. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams. Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives. Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures. Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company. Provide inspection activity for training files and ensure they comply with the contract standards. Document and report any discrepancies. Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams. Regularly make rounds of all assigned facilities to ensure that all contract performance requirements and quality standards are met and remain engaged with the workforce. Ensures all daily / Weekly / Monthly deliverables are completed timely and appropriately documented. Expected Hours of Work/Travel This is a Full-Time backup position with a variable and rotating or fixed shifts of anywhere between 8 and 12 hours. The position will require availability on nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be aware and understand that they may be subject to alternative scheduling as applicable as job duties demand. You will be required to travel to and from contract-specific sites. Must be a United States citizen. At least 21 years of age. Undergraduate degree or higher in management, business, security, or law enforcement-related field. Three (3) years of recent QC experience Must have strong leadership ability, sound judgment, and practical administrative ability. Must demonstrate the ability to guide, direct and coordinate the efforts of others. Must have an understanding of time management methods to enable satisfying multiple competing objectives. Related security/law enforcement administrative and managerial experience. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and interfaces with customer personnel. Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use. Must have a DoD secret security clearance.
