The Digital Shelf Marketing Specialist partners with Brand, eComm Strategists and agencies to execute our digital shelf strategy and best practices that put our products at the top of retailers search results and in our consumers carts. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing product content across various online retailers to ensure accurate, engaging, and relevant product representations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product information, optimize content for different channels, and analyze performance to drive sales and engagement. Working across Nestle USA's iconic food and beverage brands like Gerber, Stouffer's, Coffee-mate and DiGiorno to develop up-to-date-accurate, add-to-cart-appetizing images and copy that showcase our products. As a Digital Shelf Content Marketing Specialist you will support the Infant Nutrition business by leading all product content production - working with Brand to plan for new and updating products, develop optimized images and copy with agencies, get timely asset approval from Legal, Regulatory and Brand, and assure that the assets are passed on to the Digital Shelf Syndication Specialist for syndication. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Content Syndication and Optimization: Ensuring accurate and timely syndication of product information to e-retailers, optimizing content for different platforms and channels. * Performance Analysis: Measuring and reporting on digital shelf performance, identifying drivers of success, and providing recommendations for improvement. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, e-commerce, and IT teams to align content strategies and ensure efficient execution. * Staying Updated: Tracking new product launches, packaging changes, and e-retailer requirements to ensure content stays current and relevant. * Best Practices: Educating stakeholders on best practices for eContent and digital shelf management, and co-creating guidelines and templates. * Data-Driven Insights: Leveraging data and analytics to understand consumer behavior and optimize content for maximum impact. * Project Management: Managing projects related to digital shelf optimization, including new product launches, recipe and package changes. * Budget Management: Controlling and optimizing the digital shelf budget, both within our team as well as with various brand teams. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of digital shelf best practices: Familiarity with digital shelf optimization and content syndication techniques. * High attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency of product content. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks: Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. * Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues related to digital shelf content and syndication. * Experience with e-commerce platforms and retailers: Understanding of e-retailer requirements and best practices. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: * Bachelor's degree required. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 2+ experience partnering with agencies or retail partners * Experience with managing projects/timelines/creative assets and driving teams to action to meet deadlines. * Experience with project management * Demonstrated success working in a highly matrixed organization * Experience in end-to-end execution of digital programs (includes planning, objectives setting, budget allocation, program design/tactics, creative development and asset sourcing, tracking and monitoring, managing implementation timelines) It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
