Job Overview: Step into the world of our Precision and Science Technologies division where precision engineering meets scientific innovation to drive a new frontier of excellence. We design and deliver a wide range of pumps, fluid management systems, accessories, and aftermarket parts, each engineered to perform in specialized and mission-critical applications. As Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality Department and serve as a key member of the local leadership team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 International Quality Standards, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of all related procedures and audits at our facility. You'll work closely with Procurement to ensure external suppliers-both domestic and international-consistently deliver raw materials and components that meet stringent engineering and purchasing specifications. We're seeking a proven professional who thrives as both a leader and mentor - a true player-coach - capable of driving quality excellence in a fast-paced machining and manufacturing environment while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
