Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Recruitment Support Administrator for its PCG Human Resources 985 operations based in Lenexa, Kansas. This individual will be responsible for providing critical support to the entire Recruitment team, including assisting with the execution of recruitment events, overseeing internship program initiatives, and contributing to the overall needs of university and full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities include:



  • University & Full Cycle Recruitment Support

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of recruitment giveaways, materials, and booth supplies
    • Develop and execute a shipping schedule for University Recruiting career fairs during the fall and spring semesters
    • Assist with various projects and office tasks as assigned
    • Tracks and manages university career fair and sponsorship expenses to ensure alignment with the fiscal year budget


  • Event Coordination

    • Develops and communicates detailed agendas and itineraries for Recruitment-sponsored events
    • Purchases, prints, and manages event materials, including shipping and tracking, while maintaining communication with event participants
    • Creates and manages Smartsheet registrations, along with overseeing travel logistics for key recruitment events such as Second Interviews, ASC Competition, Ambassador Retreats, Advisory Council Meetings, and Intern Kickoff
    • Reviews hotel contracts and Banquet Event Orders to ensure alignment with event requirements
    • Coordinates with catering vendors, transportation providers, and hotels to ensure seamless event logistics
    • Monitors event expenses to ensure adherence to fiscal year budget plans


  • Internship Program Support

    • Oversees and leads the entire onboarding process for robust national internship program, ensuring a seamless and impactful new hire experience
    • Collaborates with key corporate departments to streamline program processes, including

      • Managing equipment, account setup, badge creation
      • Facilitating vendor set-up payout schedule and scholarship distribution
      • Coordinating housing assignments, administrating payment and invoice management




  • Collaborates with HR Administration partners on invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and check requisitions
  • Assist with various projects and office tasks as assigned


Basic Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field and equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in a corporate setting
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Willing and able to travel up to 15%, including two select weekends for signature events
  • Experience handling high-volume administrative coordination across multiple programs and events
  • Strong ability to understand business operations from both strategic and tactical perspectives
  • Proven track record managing projects to successful completion
  • Strong ability to reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Great ability to problem solve proactively, providing options for solutions early and often
  • Demonstrates a consultative and collaborative approach to work; building positive relationships across the organization
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism


Preferred Requirements



  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in core HR functions; staffing, onboarding, administrative support, etc. is preferred
  • Experience working with recruitment and/or HR is a plus
  • Experience in talent acquisition or staffing within a corporate in-house team preferred
