Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily operations
Assist with document code review
Experience with creating construction project documents in all Revit phases
Work with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals
Visit project sites and with clients as necessary
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects and adjust accordingly, often against tight deadlines

• Ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience, which should include large and complex projects in Government, Healthcare or Advanced Technology sectors
• Architectural License is preferred by not required
• Proficient REVIT and AutoCAD skills
• Ability to organize project design development and production delivery across teams
• Experience in identifying and addressing issues in order to reach the best resolution
• Understanding of construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines
