Our Company The Opportunity: The Adobe Enterprise Marketing team is looking for a Principal, Enterprise Sports Marketing Campaigns, reporting to the Director, Sports Marketing & Innovation. In an industry saturated with similar sports marketing tactics, we are looking for an experienced & innovative sports marketer to develop memorable programs with organizations such as NFL, MLB etc. that command attention, drive engagement, fuel fan passion, enhance brand visibility and maximize Adobe's impact across all sports-related platforms. Candidates must have demonstrated experience delivering integrated sports marketing campaigns and orchestrating moments that matter across the web, social, paid media, brand, PR, partners, advertising & events. You will leverage league cultural moments to develop experiential programs that deliver memorable, interactive activities, personalized experiences & technology activations that showcase how Adobe helps sports organizations use AI to power next generation fan experience. Candidates must have prociency working with enterprise technology partners (MSFT, AWS, Deloitte etc.) to drive scale and impact, and they must have solid experience working with sports organizations, have both creativity and technical prowess to emphasize the power of AI in customer experiences, and hold a deep passion for sports What you will do: Develop Enterprise Campaign Strategy & Execution
Travel Expectation: 20% annually, with peak activity during key tentpole events, regular sports league HQ meetings, Adobe Summit, and internal eld alignment. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
