Overview

The Facility Coordinator at JLL supports the day-to-day operations of facility management services, ensuring optimal functionality of the building environment while maintaining high levels of occupant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facility service requests and work orders through CMMS system
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for building occupants regarding facility issues
  • Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance activities
  • Support emergency response procedures when necessary
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance issues
  • Support health and safety compliance efforts
  • Assist with coordinating special projects and events in the facility
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in facility management or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk the facility and inspect various areas
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Extended periods of computer use
