What You Will Do

• Leads the development and execution of the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, aligning use cases with strategic objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Facilitates foundational elements of AI enablement, including use case evaluation, governance, risk management, change management, and training.
• Partners across clinical, operational, and shared services teams to design, pilot, and scale AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinates cross-functional project teams, manage timelines, and monitor execution risk to move use cases from concept to implementation.
• Supports enterprise change management efforts through communications, training workshops, and engagement strategies that build organizational readiness.
• Tracks and reports on AI initiative performance, surfacing insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Serves as a thought partner to the VP of New Ventures, contributes to team strategy, structure, and long-term planning.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field required Master's Degree in Business, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field preferred

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare innovation, digital transformation, or consulting required Exposure to AI/analytics programs preferred Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise projects, build coalitions, and influence across matrixed environments required Skilled in working through ambiguity to bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline to complex initiatives required Excellent communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives for executive stakeholders required Strong passion for healthcare transformation and using technology to deliver better outcomes at scale required
