About the Position... TheBranch Support Specialist (BSS) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. The Branch Support Specialist (BSS) is responsible for providing timely and accurate support to branch personnel across a variety of deposit operations and systems. This includes but is not limited to assisting with teller operations, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), new accounts, legal document review, signature verification, ATM and Cash balancing, and core system maintenance review. The BSS will also assist with balancing, research, and resolving out-of-balance conditions and other system anomalies. The BSS serves as a first point of contact for branch staff seeking operational assistance and ensures all inquiries are handled with professionalism and courtesy. The BSS works under the guidance of the Branch Support Manager and collaborates with the Corporate Trainer, the Director of Deposit Operations, Operations Administrator and other departments to resolve issues, and support back-office functions. The position also provides back-up support to Central Operations and supports system conversions or mergers as needed. They will perform other duties as assigned and assist the Branch Support Manager, Director of Deposit Operations and Operations Administrator with other projects as required. The BSM performs all duties accurately, timely, efficiently and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications
About You... Education/Certification: High School Graduate or equivalent required. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Back Office and Branch Operations, as well as thorough knowledge of Deposit Related Compliance laws and regulations. Understanding of banking products and services. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch operations or back-office functions. Skills/Abilities:
