Staffmark is hiring an Electrical Assembler in Alexandria, MN!
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join a growing team with a leading company in paperboard, corrugated, and shrink-film packaging solutions. If you're ready to learn new skills in a supportive environment-this is the opportunity for you!

Pay & Shifts:



  • 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM): $17.50+/hr (depending on experience)
  • 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM): $20.13+/hr (includes 15% shift differential)



As an Electrical Assembler, you'll receive paid training and become part of a friendly, hands-on team. Daily responsibilities include:



  • Assembling electrical modules and subassemblies
  • Using hand tools and measuring devices
  • Completing basic paperwork and attending team meetings
  • Lifting materials up to 50 lbs and following safety protocols
