CMM Programmer - Hampstead, MD

As a Manufacturing Planner (Job router creation and management), you will be responsible for ensuring that production plans are developed and executed in order. You will work closely with the production control, procurement (material), and group leader/experts to ensure process steps align with internal resources and or utilization of subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Production Control members along with CNC Programmers to create and maintain routers.
• Review Specifications to ensure that drawing compliance and work instructions are clearly identified on routers.
• Identify process improvements and areas of risk in manufacturing process
• Manage Rev control and Rev changes as they pertain to key processes throughout manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a full-service manufacturing facility including machining and or special processes
• Ability to read complex drawings along with industry and customer specs
• Proven experience in manufacturing, planning, supervising or in a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferences:

• Familiarity with Vacuum & Dip Brazing, welding, plating.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred. Experience with Epicor/Kinetic ERP a plus but not required.
