Your Role:

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment strategy. You'll work closely with hiring managers across states to identify hiring needs, develop robust sourcing plans, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. You'll also drive our employer branding initiatives and strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Understand workforce planning needs and define recruitment strategies
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for all INTRALOT INC
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Champion our employer branding initiatives across all channels
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Oversee and guide the recruitment process
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Use recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Represent INTRALOT at career fairs, recruitment events
  • Support employee retention and development efforts in collaboration with HR team

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition or similar HR leadership roles
  • Track record in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and experience in tech roles
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques
  • Solid understanding of selection methods and best practices
  • Experience in leading employer branding initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for connecting people to purpose
  • Willingness to travel to site offices as needed

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in the gaming industry
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory recruitment standards across US
