National Grid is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a position within the Distribution Asset Management and Engineering Department covering our Bay State South area. This position supports a host of activities that address customer technical requirements; assists the regional customer operations in the technical operation of the distribution system; leads activities in tracking regional distribution reliability performance and promoting actions to improve it; and supports Electric Distribution Asset Management in completing its responsibilities in a hybrid working environment. Key Accountabilities
* Evaluate co-generation interconnection requests for impact on the distribution system and develop plans for suitable connection. Qualifications
* A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited engineering program. EIT and Professional Engineers license desirable. More Information Salary - $105,000 - $145,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
