Overview

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead an upcoming MODES III initiative supporting the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (ODASD) for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role will oversee integrated Outreach & Engagement (O&E), enterprise IT, and cybersecurity operations, ensuring mission-critical delivery of quality-of-life information, digital content, and secure services to 5.2 million service members and their families.

This is a remote role with periodic on-site presence in Alexandria, VA.



Duties & Responsibilities

    Provide full lifecycle leadership across all MODES III activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, digital strategy, enterprise IT, and cybersecurity.
  • Oversee a large, multidisciplinary contractor team including communications specialists, UX designers, system engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and helpdesk professionals.
  • Ensure alignment of program activities with MC&FP's strategic vision, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Manage execution of Agile development, AWS GovCloud architecture, and IT sustainment across user-centered digital platforms.
  • Serve as primary liaison to the Government for programmatic, technical, and contractual matters.
  • Develop performance reporting dashboards, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, and drive outcome-based continuous improvement.
  • Lead risk management, cost control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance on a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee Task Order.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in DoD or federal civilian programs.
  • Experience managing teams delivering integrated communications, digital content, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity support.
  • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, Agile methodologies, and RMF/Zero Trust implementation.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contract oversight skills.

Desired:

  • PMP or PgMP certification.
  • Experience supporting quality-of-life, family readiness, or community outreach programs within DoD.
