Description & Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Regional HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in the Southwest Region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Lead HR Business Partner, HRBPs, and other HR team members across the region to support and coordinate both regional and firm-wide HR programs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR best practices, with experience across key functional areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and overall HR operations.
How you will contribute:
  • Administer and support core HR programs including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Interpret and apply firm policies and procedures, seeking guidance from HR leadership as needed.
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives, including performance review cycles and engagement surveys.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support onboarding, offboarding, and career progression activities.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to provide insights to HR leadership and Managing Partners.
  • Manage documentation for employee lifecycle events (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations, compensation changes) using appropriate HR protocols and systems.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding firm benefits (e.g., time off, health and wellness, retirement, professional development), ensuring clear communication of enrollment deadlines and program details.
  • Escalate employee relations matters (e.g., complaints, disciplinary issues, harassment allegations) to the Regional Lead HRBP or appropriate HRBP, and support documentation and follow-up as needed.
  • Attend and document disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations when appropriate.
  • Support employee recognition programs and awards initiatives.
  • Track and monitor professional progress for CPA exams and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain and safeguard confidential personnel records in compliance with firm policies and legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or commensurate experience
  • 3 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
