Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Co-Op will assist with marketing communications projects to help streamline the promotional process, digital assets and print resources.

Job Description

  • Improve the current ordering, inventory, and distribution process of promotional products.
  • Help organize, store, retrieve and share CIMD-A digital assets including photography, videos, digital documents, graphics, ...
  • Collaborate with the e-business team on organizing and providing content to website.
  • Assist with improving the printed literature storage and fulfillment process.
  • Assist the Marketing Communications Manager as assigned.
  • Interact and work with various business systems and applications as required.
  • Participate in meetings as required.

Additional Job Details

What We are Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related program.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Interest in manufacturing or industrial markets is a plus.
