Job Title: Client Services Trust Administrator in the RMBS/CMBS Product

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Overview

As a Client Services Trust Administrator in the RMBS/CMBS product, you will perform the daily administration of over 100 trusts. You will be responsible for ensuring monthly distribution payments are made to investors and will be managing the domestic trust cash accounts which includes outgoing and incoming wires, transfers, inputting mutual fund investments and reconciliation. In this role you will be responding to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal parties. You will be working on deal set-up for onboarding new transactions and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed while closing new transactions. Daily engagement and collaboration with other global teams is required.

What You'll Do

  • Review and approve payments to holders
  • Set up and complete cash movement i.e. wires, transfers, mutual funds
  • Assist with inquires with investors and other deal parties
  • Make sure all billing is completed timely
  • Receive and review compliance due from deal parties
  • Collaborate with team members and management on any ad hoc projects

Skills You'll Need

  • Microsoft skills.
  • Industry experience in structured products preferred.
  • Cash experience, including cash reconciliation and sending wires

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $60,000 to $100,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
