Temp-to-hire after 91 days, based on performance Summary: Support the order and rental process by maintaining accurate records, tracking part availability, and coordinating across sites. This role requires strong initiative, direct communication with the manager, and occasional warehouse access for inspections. Forklift use may be needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns using Rental Results Track inventory, schedule technicians, and support service orders Assist with contract updates, billing, and documentation Collaborate with the branch team to resolve issues and meet customer needs Compile reports and support shop technicians as needed Requirements: High school diploma + 2 years of related experience Forklift experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Comfortable in both office and warehouse settings, with PPE |
