POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Specialist, Customer Solution and Claims position is accountable for spearheading and actively contributing to the formulation, execution, and enhancement of the organizational strategy. They will drive sustained expansion and innovation through strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will provide comprehensive support to multiple managers, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication, while collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize processes and elevate overall performance. The position requires a self-managed individual who is aligned with the expectations and objectives of the Supply Chain as they conduct their daily operational activities. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's Degree Preferred EXPERIENCE: 3 + Years' experience in Supply Chain (e.g., Order Management, Customer Service, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management, Demand and Supply Planning) or related Order to Cash (O2C) experience preferred Experience in a tactical and fast-paced office environment SKILLS:
