Yext's Corporate Operations team seeks an Associate Localization Manager to support our global localization program. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day localization projects, partner with stakeholders to deliver translated content across multiple channels, and help refine our workflows for efficiency and quality.

Reporting to the Localization Manager, you'll coordinate translation requests across teams, work with our localization vendor and freelance language managers, and ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. This hands-on, execution-focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the center of cross-functional teams and is excited to grow their career in localization and global content operations.

What You'll Do



  • Manage day-to-day localization requests and projects across product, marketing, customer success, and other functions.
  • Track project timelines, route content through appropriate workflows, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with freelance language managers and vendors to review deliverables and resolve quality issues.
  • Triage and manage localization bugs or requests from stakeholders via Jira, Asana, or similar tools
  • Maintain internal documentation and localization guidelines, ensuring all stakeholders are set up for success.
  • Support training efforts by onboarding new teams to localization processes and tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline repeatable tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Assist the Localization Manager in vendor coordination and performance tracking.


What You Have



  • 5 years of experience managing localization projects or content operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project coordination skills - you're organized, responsive, and comfortable managing details across multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
  • A problem-solving mindset, you're eager to fix inefficiencies, flag blockers early, and suggest improvements
  • Familiarity with localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Memsource), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), and content systems (e.g., CMS, TMS, Help Centers)
  • A willingness to learn and grow, especially in areas like internationalization, content quality, and translation tech
  • Interest in working within a centralized localization program and learning from a senior team lead

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee's job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
