This role is responsible for managing critical vehicle operations and administrative processes that support internal departments and external dealer networks. Key responsibilities include administering the HDMC COV Auction, coordinating COV motorcycle orders for stakeholders such as Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance, and processing no-charge vehicles and manual billing transactions. The position also oversees VIN structure documentation for regulatory agencies, manages hang tag data with third-party suppliers, and serves as the primary contact for Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) and registration-related matters, including demo and sweepstakes vehicles. Additionally, the role supports dealer communications through H-DNet publishing, maintains annual dealer pricing files, and ensures accuracy in Sales and Warranty Registration (SWR) records. As the data feed owner for the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), the individual ensures timely and accurate reporting. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, organizational awareness, and the ability to work independently with high-level cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in SAP, financial systems (including Arriba), and a demonstrated understanding of process improvement are essential. Job Responsibilities
