Compensation Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation philosophy aligned with the organization's mission and business objectives.
  • Oversee the administration of base pay, commissions, variable pay, merit increases, and bonus programs.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of job architecture, salary grades, and market-based pay structures.
  • Advise executive leadership on compensation decisions supported by internal and external market data.
  • Coordinate with leadership and finance to facilitate annual goal setting and merit processes.
  • Participate in executive compensation and deferred compensation planning and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local compensation laws and best practices to ensure competitive and compliant pay programs.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

  • Serve as a key contributor in M&A due diligence related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards integration.
  • Assess and align benefits and compensation programs across acquired entities with corporate standards.
  • Lead integration planning and execution for benefits and compensation programs, ensuring smooth transitions for acquired employees.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and compliance issues during acquisition-related activities and propose practical solutions.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure cohesive and strategic execution of total rewards initiatives.
