We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, manage treasury systems, and optimize banking relationships and cash forecasting processes. This individual will contribute to global treasury functions and support risk, compliance, and reporting initiatives. Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile daily cash position and reporting
- Monitor bank balances and initiate payments (wires, ACH, FX settlements)
- Ensure liquidity needs are met and manage daily funding requirements
- Support corporate card and merchant services operations
- Forecasting Support- Assist in preparation of short-term forecast. Track trends, actuals vs. forecast variances, and funding strategies
- Bank Fee & Merchant Analysis: Review account analysis statements and merchant fees, identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline services
- Bank Support & KYC Coordination: Maintain signer tracking, account entitlements, and documentation. Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence processes
- TMS Support: Maintain Treasury Management System for accurate global cash visibility, Support integration and system enhancements
- Reporting, Documentation, and Projects: Maintain and update SOPs, treasury dashboards, audit logs, and internal controls. Assist with treasury projects, compliance deliverables, and system improvements
- Manage debt portfolio, including revolver tracking, covenant monitoring, and interest payments
- Coordinate bank account openings/closures and amendments to banking structures with management.
- Prepare monthly Incremental Borrowing Rates (IBRs) and assist in FX reporting
- Support FBAR filings and legal entity reporting
- Work with FP&A to align forecasts and treasury KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, G-Treasury, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
