The MU Counseling Center is part of the MU Student Health and Well-Being organization, which includes the Counseling Center, Student Health Center, and Wellness Resource Center. The Counseling Center provides mental health services for MU students as well as serves as a resource for faculty, staff, and other university stakeholders. The Counseling Center is administratively housed within the Division of Student Affairs. Job Description
Essential Functions This position is one of three staff members at the front desk who are collectively responsible for routine daily tasks that ensure seamless client services at the Counseling Center. General responsibilities include direct customer service, managing client appointments, and maintaining electronic client records. This role also involves data entry using a specialized data system, use of MyZou, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm This position may require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
