Salary range: $95,000 - $107,000 DOE

Position Summary

Tactical Air Support is seeking a detail-oriented Program Management Analyst to join our dynamic program management team. The Program Analyst will support key program management functions, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Responsibilities include analyzing program data, identifying performance trends and risks, and preparing actionable reports. The Program Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-scope delivery of program goals while contributing to continuous process improvement. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial functions such as cost analysis, invoice processing, performance tracking, and forecasting. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in program and financial management tools, the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data, and effective communication abilities to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities



  • Assist with program planning, execution, and lifecycle monitoring to ensure adherence to policies, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate initiatives and identify risk mitigation strategies to optimize performance.
  • Assist with administering, monitoring, and evaluating programs, policies, and procedures in the required program areas throughout program lifecycle.
  • Assist with developing, monitoring, and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities. Coordinate program projects and their interdependencies.
  • Assist with establishing and measuring key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Collecting and analyzing financial data across programs and contracts.
  • Support Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) forecasting activities.
  • Contributing to contract-level financial health assessments and monthly reporting.
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to provide status updates and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with program governance and quality assurance requirements.
  • Attend conferences, symposiums, and meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field with 5+ years of experience; in lieu of degree, 9+ years of relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in project and financial management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, UNANET).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex program data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.


Desired Experience/Skills



  • Program Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent, preferred.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management programs and Estimate at Completion methodologies.
  • Build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers and vendors.
  • Familiarity or experience with DoD federal contractors and the aerospace, or commercial aviation industry preferred.


Work Authorization



  • Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form.
  • Tactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace. Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including for marijuana) required.
  • Specific work hours determined by operational, departmental, or contractual requirements.
  • Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required.
  • Occasional travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required.
