About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

The Strategic Brand Partnerships team, part of Rivian's Marketing org, is looking for a Brand Partnership Content Producer focused on creative and strategic content development. We build partnerships through aligned storytelling and campaigns that show up across digital, print, retail, and events.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for not only conceptualizing and developing compelling content but also for meticulously managing the end-to-end production pipeline for all brand collaborations. You will work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to produce engaging narratives across various formats, ensuring alignment with both our brand voice and our partners' objectives, all while adhering to timelines, budgets, and operational workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity for a content creator who thrives on collaboration, understands the intricacies of project management, and can craft impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences and drive mutual value.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Production Management: Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team and external partners to brainstorm, strategize, and develop innovative content concepts. Simultaneously, plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of content production, from ideation and resource allocation to final delivery.

    • Audio: Podcast segments, voiceovers. Ensure all necessary assets, tools, and platforms are leveraged efficiently for each production.
  • Stakeholder & Workflow Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for content deliverables within partnerships. Manage communication, feedback loops, and approval processes with both external partners and internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Social) to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and effective distribution channels.
  • Project & Timeline Ownership: Own the content production calendar and project timelines for all partnerships. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure all content deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and manage content production budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for each project. Coordinate with internal and external resources (e.g., freelance videographers, designers) as needed.
  • Asset Management & Organization: Establish and maintain an organized system for content assets, ensuring they are easily accessible, properly tagged, and compliant with usage rights and agreements for both our brand and partners.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor content performance metrics, gather insights, and iterate on strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion for partnership-driven content. Prepare regular reports on content performance and project status for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Legal Review: Facilitate the legal review process for partnership content to ensure all agreements, disclosures, and brand guidelines are met, minimizing risks and ensuring proper usage.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital marketing and brand collaborations to continuously innovate our content and production approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and demonstrable project management skills.
  • Partnerships Acumen (Preferred): Experience working within or closely with brand partnerships, collaborations, or influencer marketing teams is a significant plus, including an understanding of the unique logistical challenges of co-creation.
