Job Description
At EisnerAmper, we look for individuals who welcome new ideas, encourage innovation, and are eager to make an impact. Whether you are starting out in your career or taking your next step as a seasoned professional, the EisnerAmper experience is one-of-a-kind. You can design a career you will love from top to bottom - we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals. The Tax Technology Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives that support the evolving needs of the Tax function. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, but one that requires strong influential leadership and the ability to work across functional teams. The Project Manager will have indirect oversight of cross-functional resources, coordinating efforts across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that goes beyond traditional project execution. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define project objectives and OKRs, especially for new or early-stage initiatives that require thoughtful framing and foundational planning. From business case development and vendor selection to implementation and post-go-live support, the Project Manager will be accountable for end-to-end project ownership and execution excellence. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational rigor, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments. This role will be instrumental in advancing the Tax team's digital transformation agenda while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals. What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:
