We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Customs Brokerage - Entry Processing Supervisor in our Columbia, SC station. This role focuses on successful team growth and development, as well as day-to-day operational management.

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for an Entry Processing sector, ensuring your team complies with DHL's global customer care standards.

• Drive high performance by ensuring the team meets customer service-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), continuously improving the customer experience.

• Partner with the local central dispatching team to oversee daily freight movement and manage workflow, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving escalated issues.

• Provide expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving support to help grow DHL's market share and support the product and Hub stations.

• Excellent understanding of U.S. Customs Brokerage, global forwarding, Air and Ocean services, and the overall logistics industry.

• 3-5 years of experience in a related area of responsibility.

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across internal and external stakeholders.

• Licensed Customs Broker required.

• Pay Range: $62,475.00 - $83,300.00 (Based on Experience)

• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus role-dependent performance-based incentives
