Finance Student Intern

Assists Staff and Senior Staff Accountants with tasks including but not limited to: preparing complete and accurate grant invoicing packets with all supporting documentation such as paid invoices, assist with complete and accurate financial records in preparation of the monthly General Ledger close process including recording journal entries and coding of invoices, reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and cash, and assisting with ad hoc projects that will allow the intern to gain a substantial knowledge base of a full functioning Accounting team of multiple entities and services,
