ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Applies nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes to enhance working, learning and healing spaces.

  • Apply knowledge of current clinical trends, issues and best practices.

  • Contribute proactively to sales strategies to create best in class clinical environments.

  • Engage customers at trade shows, site visits, CEU/knowledge presentations and client trips to corporate showrooms.

  • Implement clinical product and process application solutions.

  • Influence marketing methods and messaging for the Healthcare Division.

  • Integrate clinical knowledge and expertise toward market and product research, innovation and development.

  • Leverage knowledge and resources for clinically relevant solutions for healthcare working, learning and healing environments.

  • Manage territory coverage and assigned budget.

  • Participate strategically in selected professional affiliations and networking organizations.

  • Recommend product and process solutions to maximize systems capabilities.

  • Serve as content expert lead for Healthcare training and present training to key internal and external stakeholder audiences.

  • Serve as healthcare industry knowledge leader and mentor to the MK community to foster the mission, visions, and value propositions of the Healthcare Division.

  • Utilizes product knowledge to influence R&D throughout process continuum and translate clinical knowledge and expertise toward market and product research, innovation and development.

  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Healthcare related Masters degree preferred.

  • Proof of a valid, current and unencumbered RN license is required for employment. Annual proof of current RN license will be required for continued employment in this role.

  • Five years of progressive clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting with five years experience managing healthcare personnel.

  • Experience with Healthcare construction projects preferred.

  • Superior interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to include making presentations to groups of professionals.

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and build and maintain effective business relationships.

  • Must be able to travel 50% to 60% of the time.

  • Ability to effectively use office automation and communication software and tools used in the MK office environment.

  • Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations

A starting compensation range for this role is $109,250.00 - $149,500.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
