- Leads complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.
- Builds relationships and collaborates closely with the cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Operations.
- Deeply understands the business goals and challenges requirements as necessary. Uses quantitative data and qualitative feedback to iteratively inform the design decisions.
- Creates user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development.
- Collaborates closely with designers on the team to gather feedback, define features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area.
- Provides mentorship to junior and peer designers. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Human-Centered Computing, Computer Science, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) Creating designs that provide optimal user experiences across a wide range of screen sizes, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability; (2) Developing and maintaining a consistent design system, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure cohesive user experiences across products; (3) Prototyping, wireframing, web-UI design, data visualization, mockups, storyboarding, and graphic design; and (4) Working with the following technologies and tools: Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Cloud, Tableau, GIT, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
