Job Duties: Vice President, Executive Coaching with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Present information and data to senior leaders both verbally and in written form to help accelerate their leadership development, which entails conducting executive leadership assessments, analyzing and integrating data across multiple data points. Address the leadership needs of the firm in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment through designing and implementing strategic, innovative, and practical leadership-based interventions and solutions for leader and executive employees. Assist with coaching senior leaders within the Firm on leadership transitions and their overall leadership effectiveness, managing client confidentiality with utmost integrity. Prepare materials for senior leadership across divisions and for the c-suite, to facilitate discussion regarding senior leaders' development and to provide critical project updates. Build and maintain relationships across the senior leadership population to serve as a point of contact, representative of Pine Street (the Firm's Leadership Program) and a trusted advisor. Serve leaders across multiple geographies and cultural backgrounds, as part of shaping the firm's overall leadership development strategy, utilizing global cultural awareness. Drive and execute the Firm's leadership development initiatives for senior leaders, entailing working across various internal teams, collaborating with key senior stakeholders, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Social Sciences or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Social Sciences or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years (with Master's) or five (5) years (with Bachelor's) in the following: working on global initiatives involving leadership development for a corporate organization in the financial services industry, including experience with project planning, resources prioritization, stakeholder management, timeline management, budgeting, and vendor management; advising senior leaders on leadership development within the organization, including building rapport and trusted relationships, asking effective coaching questions, active listening, providing leadership advice, challenging leaders to stretch their thinking, and delivering difficult messages when necessary; designing leadership program for senior leaders, including identifying program participants, defining participants' learning needs, structuring and planning participants' program and event experience, and generating original teaching content; administering and interpreting personality and leadership assessment profiles including Hogan Assessments, and debriefing the results of the assessment with senior leaders; building trusted working relationships with internal (such as human resources) and external (such as vendor) counterparts, including solving problems across functions, adapting to different work styles, conflict resolution and demonstrating emotional intelligence; and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide assessment data analysis and summaries of leadership development initiatives, including developing clear and concise assessment reports and presentations in both verbal and written format. License Requirement: Must have completed at least one executive or organizational coaching course or certification accredited or approved by ICF (International Coaching Federation) or EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $142,000/year - $270,000/year.
