SPA's Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) comprises more than 100 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, logistics, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 40 programs and projects in the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren Division's Integrated Combat System department, Office of Naval Research, and the Navy's Team SUBS office.#MC

The successful candidate will provide expert Systems Engineering support to the PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors Directorate's SPY-1 program and directly support the Radar Technical Director.

Remote work is allowed in this position, however you must be able to travel (<10%) to Washington, D.C. and other locations regularly.

Bachelor's degree in STEM
• 15+ years of demonstrated experience providing support to Navy programs, including demonstrated experience with engineering efforts.
• DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain this throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:

• Radar engineering support experience
• Experience supporting PEO IWS Program Office
