The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for working with all Epicor business units to analyze and implement IT Security frameworks, policies, standards and best practices. What You Will Be Doing: Analyzes and implements IT Security frameworks policies, standards and best practices. Executes compliance tasks, analyzing, summarizing and reporting findings to leadership, to ensure causes are understood and defined. Provides recommendations based on audit results. Maintains relationships with internal and external audit and compliance departments to facilitate audits. Coordinates and supports internal and external IT Security audits. Assists in translating industry, government and contractual compliance requirements into IT Security frameworks, policies, standards and best practices. Educates staff and management on IT Security, Governance, Risk Management and Compliance topics. What You Will Likely Bring: Knowledge or understanding of IT Security and Compliance fundamentals. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to complete tasks on deadlines. Strong skills in data analysis, mining and normalization. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. What Could Set You Apart: 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge. 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
