We are currently hiring for:

Job Title: IT Service & Support Specialist

Wage Range: Depending on Experience; $22.73 - $29.00 per hour

Job Summary: The IT Service & Support role will provide strong customer service and will oversee all ITS Incident and Request for their respective location. The Information Technology Service Support Specialist position is designed to provide added support to the IT Service and Support techs. The IT Service and Support Specialist will maintain and improve the technical equipment such as printers, Scanners, Software, and permissions to files and folders. They will ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization of important files and information.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide front line support for incidents and requests and be a liaison between IT Service and Support team and management.
  • Monitor completion of tickets and ensure SLA are being met. This includes:

    • Que Monitoring and Assignment of Tickets
    • User Creation and Termination of user accounts
    • Administration of Lenel and adding user to maintain Lenel(HR, Safety and Security)
    • Adding and removing Permissions in AD
    • Password reset
    • Collecting data to pass on through escalation or Assignment of the Tickets
    • Work any ticket that can be done remotely
    • Added projects that may require your assistance


  • Provide coverage outside the normal working hours.
  • Interaction with other internal departments, consultants, and outside support staff and material vendors as needed.
  • On-site requisitioning of IT related equipment and supplies.
  • Provide technical support for network, PC's and printers, and other IT hardware and software.
  • Drive continual improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred or equivalent education.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in basic hardware support.
  • Experience in basic networking.
  • Understanding of ITSM.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and PowerShell.
  • Computer experience - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.
  • Candidates must successfully pass DOT post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
