Responsibilities * Handle work ticket orders for national accounts received electronically or by phone, with a focus on outbound calls. * Qualify and verify customer requests accurately and efficiently. * Check technicians in and out, and book and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions promptly. * Manage customer requests for service effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills * 1+ year of customer service experience, with a preference for retail background. * Proficient in Microsoft programs. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Previous experience in a call center is a plus. * Solid tenure with at least one year at each previous position. * Engaged, tech-savvy, and confident communication skills. The Priority 1 department handles high-volume, high-stress client needs with an average of 150 inbound calls daily. The environment is business casual, with jeans permitted but no tennis shoes. Shift options vary, with training hours initially set from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. After six months, employees may qualify for a hybrid schedule, working two days remotely and three days in the office. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on campus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
