HIRNG ASAP in O Fallon Missouri Job Description * Contractor will work in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment. * Provide superior customer service * There are incoming telephone calls , handling an average of 20-30 calls per day, focusing on phone quoting, issuance of new business, endorsements, and renewal policies for personal lines insurance coverage. * Responsible for cross-selling coverage to round out accounts. (Will be trained in options available to cross sell). * Assume ownership in handling agent inquiries and policy changes efficiently, accurately, and professionally. * Navigate multiple systems (proprietary) and applications to research, analyze, and resolve agent requests and inquiries. * Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide a quality experience for agents. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Customer Service background -focused on communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient in computer skills, multi-application navigation, and multi-tasking. * Computer savvy. Comfortable logging into systems and navigating * Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-volume phone contact center environment. * Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or currently pursuing one is a plus. * 1-2 years experience with previous experience in a high-volume contact center with a focus on decision-making, problem-solving, and delivering superior customer service is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
