What You Will Experience In This Role:

AMSTAT, Inc. (a subsidiary of CAMP Systems International Inc.) is the worldwide leader in providing researched market information to the global business aviation industry. We are currently seeking a full time Senior Sales Representative ("SSR") at our Eatontown, NJ location. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly growing billings from AMSTAT's web-based subscription applications. AMSTAT sales are B2B to both small and multi-national companies with subscribers frequently at the senior manager level. Our services are widely known and used throughout the business aviation industry and the SSR is responsible for placing themselves and AMSTAT front of mind when potential clients need data on this market. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales goals and reporting sales activity to senior management for their territory. The role also requires coordination with the customer service department and collaboration with the product development team.

Responsibilities



  • Directly grow global subscriptions to AMSTAT's market leading web-based applications.
  • Develop creative sales strategies to sell new and existing client verticals.
  • Grow and work an existing and growing prospect database.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, potential clients, influencers, and key industry contacts.
  • Meet sales objectives to support company growth goals.
  • Report on territory pipeline and sales performance.
  • Implement best practices in sales.
  • Demonstrate AMSTAT applications and effectively communicate the benefits of subscribing.
  • Represent AMSTAT at key trade shows and business meetings (US and abroad).
  • Make periodic sales visits to demonstrate AMSTAT services.
  • Help coordinate marketing resources to achieve sales goals.



You have:



  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of proven sales or sales related experience.
  • minimum of 3 years of successfully selling SaaS, software, or data services.
  • Detail orientated, persistent, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to meet objectives.
  • Comfortable with a consultative sales approach, but not afraid to close.
  • Comfortable with both phone and in-person sales.
  • Experience in planning and implementing creative sales strategies.
  • Experience with working trade shows and other industry functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Direct or indirect Salesforce and HubSpot experience a plus.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Team player.
