Job Summary Under limited supervision, this individual is responsible for: Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Evaluating market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Ability to work with advanced data models and analytics. Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development. Execute new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multifunctional team. Coaches others in less senior positions. Responsibilities In this role you will lead the development of core systems and features within the fdx platform. You will be responsible for improving the developer experience, creating a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable development workflow for internal and external developers, ensuring they can easily build, deploy, and maintain solutions for fdx. Candidates for this role are experts in stakeholder management, working alongside development teams to achieve the necessary business outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionality with engineering, design, data science, and analytics teams to deliver innovative scalable digital solutions to market. WHAT YOU HAVE
Skills & Abilities
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field. Minimum Experience Three to Four (3 - 4) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Strong executive presence and human relations skills. Strong project management experience. A directly related Master's Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
