Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: Financial Svs Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$18.64 - $23.30 / hour SummaryAssists with capital budget and fixed asset processes to include processing of capital expenditure requests, fixed asset data entry, and capital project expenditure and account reconciliations in accordance with capital policies and accounting guidelines. Ensures the integrity of the data in both the capital projects and fixed asset sub-ledger systems. Processes capital invoices for payment in accordance with vendor terms and hospital policy, distributes payments and collaborates with vendors and employees to ensure an efficient flow of work. Resolves all issues on match audit, coordinates with Materials Management and Purchasing to ensure efficient and effective accounts payable processes. Other job functions include audit requests, special projects and monthly and annual reporting. RequirementsEducation: High School Education or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping and computer experience. Certification: N/A License: Not required Other: US:FL:Fort Myers | |
